I’m Back

It has been about 18 months since I have posted anything new. The last year and a half have been a real journey. I had 4 surgeries in less than a year. Both my knees have been partially replaced and I had my big toe on my right foot fused. The surprise surgery was a diagnostic lumpectomy. Thankfully the cyst in my right breast was found to be non-cancerous.

All of these surgeries in such a short time took a toll on my body. I just had no energy to do anything other than exist and try and maintain movement and eat health. I am still dealing with all the usual chronic illness symptoms but I can carve out time to work on this blog.

Blogging for me is another release. I am able to put into words what I experience on a daily basis. I am planning on posting weekly.
